Hines Ward... you just lost the Super Bowl, what are you going to do now?
Dance with the stars, obviously.
Am I the only one who thinks this is a ridiculous decision? I will never take an active football player seriously if he puts on a pair of dance shoes and shakes his ass to a big band version of "Hold It Against Me". But, to be fair, it's good that he's putting money in the bank account in case of a lockout this season.
I still think it's stupid.

C'mon Denver!
Reports that Kyle Orton will be the starter for the Broncos next year are surfacing and I think it's pretty obvious that I'm upset. Despite my current displeasure with the Titans, I would love nothing more than for K-Ort to get traded to Tennessee.
I genuinely like this dude. I think that he has great potential to take a team to greatness, but with Tebow nipping at his heels in Denver, I don't think he's going to fully realize his potential. The city of Denver has a hard-on for Tebow. The second K-Ort has a less than stellar game, they are going to throw him under the bus and put the Jesus boy in. That's just the way it works.
Plus, I think Orton would look fantastic on the back of a Titans jersey. It would probably rejuvenate my faith in Tennessee.

Taking the day off
I have a terrible headache today, so I don't have the energy to pick my eye candy of the day. The headache is probably due to the lack of football in my life or, at least, that's what I'm attributing it to. So, to try to make myself feel better, I watched Any Given Sunday. I love this movie so very much. Not only do you have all-star talent in Pacino, Jamie Foxx, Ann-Margaret, and Matthew Modine, but you put Bill Bellamy and LL Cool J in anything and I'm guaranteed to love it.
Instead of writing more, I'm gonna let Big Al take the floor today.

Eye Candy -- February 19, 2011
Brady Quinn, #9, quarterback, currently with the Denver Broncos. I honestly know nothing about him, other than he used to be on the Browns (I actually had to Google where he was playing now because I wasn't sure). However, he's pretty cute in the preppy nerd kind of way. It just sucks that he's on a Denver squad that is NEVER going to play him, thanks to K-Ort and Jesus Boy Tebow. Poor Brady Quinn. Maybe he can go somewhere else so we can see his face more often.

Eye Candy -- February 18, 2011
Who doesn't love Peyton Manning? From his vast talent as the quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts to his hilarious TV commercials, I find it impossible to resist him. He might not be the best looking guy out there, but his sense of humor more than makes up for it.
He won my heart with this commercial:

Eye Candy -- February 17, 2011
Not only does he have my favorite last name in football, but Frank Zombo, #58, OLB for the Green Bay Packers isn't hard on the eyes either. He looks a little more Guido than I usually like, but I'm not judging. He's still good to look at!

Eye Candy -- February 16, 2011
It's a cold, winter day today, so I'm warming it up with this hotness. It's Pierre Thomas, #23, running back for the New Orleans Saints. Such a handsome dude!! He was placed on injured reserve toward the end of the season, but let's hope his ankle heals so we can watch his run game next season!
